Cecelia Zhangyuxi Wang is the founder of Wang Litigation Counsel, P.C. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, employment disputes, and strategic business counsel designed to reduce litigation risk and protect business outcomes.

Ms. Wang represents clients in a broad range of workplace and commercial matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, hostile work environment and retaliation claims, as well as contract disputes, business torts, and fraud related litigation. Her experience handling matters across both sides of employment and commercial disputes provides a broader perspective on litigation strategy. She anticipates opposing arguments, evaluates risk early, and develops practical strategies aligned with clients' legal and business objectives.
